So I was scheduled for Online Course exam for 11/24. This morning I get an email confirming my appointment for 12/9. I had no idea where it came from so I called The Institutes. Turns out Prometric does this sometimes- reschedules candidates without notice.
The crazy part is that there wasn't any indication in the second confirmation that it was a rescheduling. It was identical to my original confirmation aside from the date and location.
The Institutes allowed me to look around and I rescheduled myself at another Prometric site a day earlier than originally scheduled.
Extremely annoying.
Anyone ever have similar experiences with Prometric?
