Idea: packing software
The Problem: Shipping costs money. Inefficiently packing goods into shipping containers, boxes, vehicles, etc., creates a cost for the business and ultimately the customer. Every cubic inch not used is a cubic inch wasted.
The Solution: We will use the latest mathematical research on sphere packing, polygon packing, and polyhedron packing to help businesses efficiently pack goods into containers, whether it be a twenty-foot equivalent unit, an ordinary cardboard box, packing shipping containers into ships, or even packing ships into docks or cars into parking lots! The idea is to maximize cargo capacity, minimize wasted shipping space, and ultimately decreasing the cost of shipping per unit of inventory.
