I remember in a different thread you said something about your knees being bad enough that you could not benefit from a gym bike. I'm just curious what your opinion is of modern knee replacement surgery and why you have not done it yet. I'm thinking of getting something similar, but wanted to hear your analysis.

Are you just waiting for technology to get a little better?
