I have completed everything required to get my ASA, but I'm wondering: do I have to fill out an application or something to get my ASA or will they just put me on the list? At APC we just had to sign our name in at registration and didn't have to fill anything out. Do I have to do anything else? I am very much hoping to be on the December list.
Also, how long does it take for APC to show up on one's transcript? It's been a week now and I still don't see it.
