So.... It appears we have the ability to cheaply and reliably add magical genes to mosquitoes that do the following:
1) prevent malaria by releasing antibodies after feeding.
2) pass itself to children 99% of the time (by cutting the other parent's gene).
3) also cut genes to prevent mosquitoes from randomly evolving a resistance to our magic gene.
