Suppose someone in group disability insurance wanted to learn as much about group life as possible... where would he look? I'm looking for a pricing, underwriting, and market view, not as much with reserving. A couple chapters in a Bluhm text is all I have, but I'm not sure there are any other good books on the subject. Any ideas? It doesn't have to be books.
