Stop talking trash!!!

Why do so many people in this area have to say so many put downs about the subdivision out close to the lake? I also hear a great many comments, most of which are negative or they call the area "Meth City." Don't they know that negativity begets negativity and the place will never get better unless people stop talking trash? It becomes a self-fullfilling phrophesy.

I agree that this area has its problems like many other places in our county. The things I myself dislike is how most people want the homes there to look like a photograph in Home and Gardens magazine and cheat landowners out of what was hard earned.

From what I've read, the Receiver, or new "manager", plans to stick it to property owners that don't follow rules. Is the Area Planning Commission and the new Receiver one and the same? Sounds like it, doesn't it?

Sounds like a bunch of pirates or something of that nature. The APC supports a whole book of dirty tricks and Commie rules. This new Receiver most likely has more. There's no homeowner association and the Constitution says we, as Americans, can live in ways that make us happy.

Just who sets the standards of living? Every one person has the right to set his or her standard of life and living conditions. Does that mean one person can be allowed to permit trespassing, theft and/or destruction of another's property? Or slap that person with an unjust fine of some kind and then steal that property? That's what this observer sees!

If this type of thing happens to local property owners, then Hitler must have survived. Remember this is the good old United States of America, not Germany 1942, nor the Soviet Union in the 1950s and '60s. It's time to step up and put a stop to this.

A very respected person I've had the honor of meeting once said, to wit: "This is our land; we believe property rights are human rights." Those are words which are worth writing down and remembering.
