Not being able to deal w the cold weather is not a sign of weakness imo - it is a sign of intelligence. It means you have not grown accustomed to crap living conditions. Here is an analogy:
Someone lives in the NE next to a fertilizer plant. When they first moved in, the smell was HORRIBLE. Yet, over the next few years, the residents grew accustomed to the smell - after awhile they didn't even notice it. A few years later some friends from CA visited. The CA friends were like - "dude - smells like shiite here". The NE resident retorts - you wimpy californians.
