Video Conference Interview

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone here has experience with a video conference interview as their final round of interview with a large company (in place of an on-site interview). To my understanding, companies usually hold an onsite interview as the final round for entry level positions, so I'm a little caught off guard. It'll be a video conference that would last 2 hours and we would see each other.

Since it is the final round...
- Should I dress up as if I am going to an onsite interview?
- Is it a good sign that the company doesn't want to fly me out and chooses to have a video conference?
- What kind of questions should I expect to be asked in 2 hours rather than the usual 3-4 hours?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
