Is anyone out there involved in ACA Risk Adjustment work?
For now, I'm specifically interested in what you're doing for 2017 pricing estimates given that HHS has proposed changes to scoring coefficients and has released a draft ICD10-HCC mapping, but there isn't any SAS software available for even the 2016 parameters yet.
Has anyone been using the proposed BPP text documents and the draft excel tables to make your own SAS programs for the 2016 model? Given that they didn't release the official 2015 model SAS software until October 2015, I don't expect to see anything until about the same time for 2016.
I've recently inherited this work at my company, so I'm still playing catch-up. Maybe there is something available online that I've yet to come across that will solve my problems. Any info anyone can share will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
