Why isn't there a maternity/paternity leave insurance product?

I'm talking about a supplemental insurance product sold to working employees, private of the employer,

That works like disability insurance policy, except it covers the cost either to the employer or the employee of the cost of the lost productivity during the newborn FMLA 12-week period.

Perhaps the policy would have a cheaper premium if you buy the coverage while single and not married,

Would charge more for married couples,

And then more depending on salary to be covered

And plan can cover 100% of salary but only for the FMLA 12-week period, for both maternal and paternal

And if company has paid leave, you would be capped at 100% salary between all income sources, so instead if working for a company with paid leave, you would get a premium discount off the private policy.
