After applying to EL actuarial jobs for the past few months, I still haven't landed anything. I graduate in May so i'm starting to get nervous about finding a job before then and decided to open up my job search to non-actuarial roles (on top of continuing to apply to actuarial jobs as well) as a last resort.
The problem is that I have no idea what jobs transition best into an actuarial role in the future. I've heard the term "analyst" a lot, but that seems really vague so I was hoping for more details.
Also what about some sort of underwriting?

ETA: The reason I haven't landed anything is because of a low (2.79) GPA despite 3 exams and an actuarial health internship.
