Alright, I read over a few threads here for a couple of situations but nothing specifically stating pure entry level.
Looking to see what the thoughts are on what to wear, if you think clean shaven is a must (or nicely trimmed beard) and what else.
I have my first interview coming up in just under a week and do not really own a suit that one would wear to an interview. I have one I wore to a wedding, but my lack on knowledge on suits leaves me to question whether there is different types (and I can only assume that there is a business suit type thing I should go out and buy).
My current best type of clothes to wear would be dress pants, dress shirt and a nice sweater (one you could see in a business setting). However, I am thinking this might not be the best decision to make. I also have noticed that some people say that shoes make a difference as well, but I think I have that covered.
Edit: Started this thread with mostly thinking about appearence, but I also might as well say that I have not done an interview before, so tips on general questions that may be asked would be nice. It is a pretty general actuary assistant position.
