We looked at the 2014 risk adjustment data, and looked at the effect that different market characteristics would have on a hypothetical ACA plan's coding improvement efforts:

Our modeling looked at a plan who could find a guaranteed 100 "risk score points" undiagnosed in their population. Anyhow, it's hopefully a fun read. Figure 9 was my favorite.
