What is your preferred way to be rejected by a company? I'll add a poll once we get a few responses. Right now I am thinking the options would be:
1) Automated email from the HR system
2) Personalized email from the hiring manager
3) Call from HR person at company
4) Call from hiring manager
5) "Ghosting" - company never gets back to you one way or the other
I honestly can't believe that companies engage in "ghosting" but I have heard it happens a lot.
