Not 100% sure what to expect.
I know ceremony and party will be gender separated. We know how to dress. I assume I do not need to wear a tallis. Will wear a kippah. Will my wife be required to cover her head? If so I assume they hand out the doilies. But other than that not sure.
Are they usually a sit down dinner, assigned seating like any other wedding? Just buffet?
One band and both sides dance to the same stuff? Anything else that I should know.
