China has been a limited participant at BEST wrt the war on terror.
Yet, most terror attacks seem to happen in the west (non-far east definition being used here).
Maybe a more muted response is the better way to proceed? Seems to have kept China safe.
Should we be more like China going forward, or should China be more like us? Or something else?
