Rate Tier Ratio Calculations

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me with some guidance.

I currently have the following:

1) Claims by (Employee, Spouse, Child)
2) Enrollment by (EE, ES, EC, EF)
3) Member Total

I am trying to calculate a rate tier ratio for (EE, ES, EC, EF). Any suggestions as to how to go about this?
