Help me decide between these two desktops:

This is just going to be used for boring home use -- Quicken, Office, Internet (AO, email, news, & comics...maybe some netflix, but probably not).
I'm on the lowest tier of Xfinity internet ("Performance" 50Mbps), and I won't be upgrading any time soon (cheap actuary).
I don't think the second one is worth $35 more than the first, but I'd like to get your input since you're so smart & good looking too.
